Why is my account locked?
Five wrong passwords lock sign-in for a short while. Wait, or sign in with a one-time code after the lock ends.

To protect your account, sign-in is paused after 5 wrong passwords. The first lock lasts 1 minute and gets longer with every further wrong attempt, up to 60 minutes.
While the lock is active even the right password is refused. Wait for the time shown in the message, then try again or reset your password.
If you see sign-in attempts you did not make, change your password from Account → Security and contact us.
